Paul Fairfield has counseled clients on matters of contract since his first days of working as an attorney.  Through his efforts for in-house corporate counsel, business clients and individuals, he has drafted and overseen the implementation of standardized vendor subcontracts, reviewed, revised and negotiated engineering procurement and construction “EPC” contracts and litigated disputes arising from contracts.
